Imagine

You and your best friend from high school are on vacation in LA. Your friend is sun tanning on the beach and you decided to stop in this cute little coffee shop to grab an  afternoon pick-me-up.

You’re just standing there waiting for your order, completely distracted, playing with your phone. You hear your order called and as you reach for your coffee another hand reaches for it at the same time. You look up and see it’s Bill Kaulitz, you start to blush. You’ve had the biggest crush on him for as long as you can remember.

“Oh, I’m sorry.” You say as you step back.

“Oh no, go ahead.” Bill says motioning to the coffee. “I can wait for the next one.” He says with a smile.

You blush and say thank you as you take your coffee and find a seat.

You take a seat at the table near the window. It has such a relaxing view of the beach. You’re trying to calm yourself down and you know you’re still blushing like crazy. You look up from your phone and see Bill walking over.

“Is this seat taken?” He ask.

“Oh, uh, no,” You fumble your words, “Go ahead.” 

Bill smiles and takes a seat across from you.

“I’m Bill by the way. And you are?”

“I’m ________.”

“Nice to meet you, ________.”

You smile and look down at your coffee.

“So what brings you to LA?” Bill ask. You can tell he’s trying to make small talk so you go along with it.

“I’m here on vacation with my friend. We’re only in town for a few more days.”

“Oh, I see. You’re here with a friend.” Bill says with a hint of disappointment in his voice.

“Yeah,” you say, “her name is _______.”

Bill laughs quietly and looks relieved upon hearing that your friend is a girl. You smile.

“You know, you have a really pretty smile.” Bill says as he gazes into your eyes.

“Thank you.” You say as you begin to blush again.

You and Bill talk for what feels only like a few minutes but was really hours. You talked about everything under the sun, you couldn’t believe how much you have in common, or how down to earth he is. You glance at your phone to check the time and realize you have 5 missed calls from your friend.

“Shit!” You say under your breath. “I’m sorry Bill, I completely loss track of time I really have to go.”

“Wait,” he says as he grabs your arm, “I know this is a bit sudden but, how would you like to go on a date with me? Maybe tomorrow?”

You look into his eyes, you get lost for a second. This is the big famous guy you’ve had a crush on for years, you never saw this coming! And he’s nothing at all like you excepted. You thought he might be a little stuck up, privileged, but not in a mean way. Just in the way you would except most people of his status to be. But he’s not. He’s sweet, charming, and surprisingly relatable.

“________?” Bill says trying to get your attention.

“What? Oh! I’m sorry Bill.” You laugh at yourself. “I would love to go on a date with you.”

“Great.” Bill says with a smile.

“Here…” You say as you write your phone number on a napkin. “Give me a call, and I’ll see you tomorrow.”

“Alright, I will.” Bill says as he presses his lips lightly to your hand. “I’ll see you tomorrow.”

You walk out of the coffee shop and back to the beach. You’re completely on cloud 9, smiling like an idiot. Your friend runs up to you.

“What the hell _______!? It’s been over an hour, where have you….wait. Why are smiling so much?”

“….I have a date.” You say with biggest grin.
